By accessing or using Guidance Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the system.

2. Description of the Service

Guidance Connect is a web-based guidance management platform designed to assist educational institutions and organizations in managing counseling appointments, guidance services, counselors, user accounts, virtual counseling sessions, reports, and related administrative processes.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Guidance Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the system.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the system only for lawful and authorized purposes. Users must not:

• Access accounts or information without authorization.
• Upload malicious software or attempt to disrupt system operations.
• Use the system for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the platform.
• Attempt to bypass user permissions or access restrictions.

5. Counseling Records

Counseling records and appointment information are confidential and should only be accessed by authorized personnel. Users must respect the privacy of clients and comply with applicable institutional policies regarding confidential information.

6. Intellectual Property

Guidance Connect, including its software, source code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, or resale of the system is prohibited unless permitted by the system owner through a separate written agreement.

7. System Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform; however, Guidance Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guidance Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, including loss of data, interruption of services, or damages resulting from unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and complete. Users must keep their login credentials secure and immediately report any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.

10. Privacy

The collection, processing, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Guidance Connect, users acknowledge that their personal information will be processed in accordance with that policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

Guidance Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the system. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the system shall be subject to the appropriate courts or authorities having jurisdiction.
